Job Description :-

Logiware Supply Chain Solutions, have been providing complete end-to-end supply chain solutions across diverse clientele since last two decades. We have extended our operations to Pan South India with a focus on operational excellence & Customized Innovative Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Estimation and Implementation: For new Projects, develop strategies, KPIs, SOPs and streamline processes including onboarding new clients.
• Optimize Supply Chain: Provide strong leadership and direction to the warehouse team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to ensure that commercials effectively address all operational needs and requirements.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement vendor quality program.
• Customer Focus: Ensure seamless customer experience through timely updates and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Training: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Oversee legal compliance in supply chain processes and train team members on best practices.

Annual CTC : 12Lacs to 24Lacs

Qualificaton :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any other degree;
• 15-20 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, or related Supply Chain Industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multiple warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication with fluency in Hindi, English & Malayalam, having negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP software & MS Office (Advanced Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience :-

15-20 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, or related Supply Chain Industry.
