Job Description :-

• Lead and supervise end-to-end finance operations of the 3PL business.
• Develop structured MIS dashboards for Management & CFO.
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals, Revenue vs Cost, SLA vs Performance).
• Review and financially evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Labour laws, and Companies Act.
• Manage or renew legal documentation related to client contracts, vendor agreements & lease agreements on time.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capital limits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounts team
• Provide early warning signals on cost overruns and financial risks.

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Tally (ERP), MS Office (Advanced Excel mandatory)
• Experience in financial dashboards, MIS automation & ERP systems
• Working knowledge of GST portal, Income Tax portal & compliance systems
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam (Mandatory)

Qualification

• M.Com (Finance) or MBA (Finance) or CA /CMA
• LL.B (Preferred / Added Advantage)
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience,
• Age: 38 – 50 years
