Job Description :-

The HR Manager in a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company is responsible for managing human resources functions, including workforce planning, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This role ensures the efficient management of a large workforce across multiple warehouse locations, aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled labor through vendor partnerships, manpower agencies, and referrals.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Handle attendance tracking, shift scheduling, overtime calculations, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishment Act etc.).
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Liaise with labor contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and wage payments.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and track employee development.
  • Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
  • Conduct training programs on safety protocols, warehouse management systems, and soft skills.
  • Drive employee retention strategies and motivation programs to reduce attrition.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies for workplace discipline and productivity.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Conduct team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Promote a strong company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

HR Strategy & Policy Implementation:

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Implement best practices in HR operations and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualificaton :-

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Age: Below 55 Yrs
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam is preferred.

Experience :-

5+ years of experience in HR management.
