The HR Manager in a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company is responsible for managing human resources functions, including workforce planning, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This role ensures the efficient management of a large workforce across multiple warehouse locations, aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled labor through vendor partnerships, manpower agencies, and referrals.
Payroll & Compliance:
Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Handle attendance tracking, shift scheduling, overtime calculations, and incentive programs.
